What's taking so Long?

We recognize that this process is not always perfect and sometimes the system is slow. We plan enhancements in the near future. In the meantime, please be patient while pages load. They can sometimes take up to 30 seconds depending on how many users are logged in.

Completing the Vehicle Submission Form

Please save your work often. You may save as many times as you want.

You may save, exit the site and return to editing at a later time by logging in and selecting the vehicle you wish to edit.

You may edit until you have marked the status of your submission as completed.

NOTE: When you have completed all entries and they have passed validation, an additional button "Save and Mark as Complete" will become visible at the bottom of this form. It will allow you to mark this submission as complete.

Uploading Photos

File Format: JPG, GIF or PNG

Maximum file size is 20MB

2 High Resolution (300 DPI or greater) Photos are Required: 1 Exterior photo & 1 Floorplan Photo

Additional photos may be uploaded for display on our websites.

Click the "Choose File" button to select a photo from your computer, and then click the "Upload Photo" button.

It is a good idea to click on the “Refresh Photos” button after each upload.

Were the photos uploaded successfully?

Photo uploads can seem to fail or display errors depending on quality of network connection and/or size of photos.

Please make sure your photos are not too large and that your network connection is strong.

If you receive an error, this doesn't always mean the photo upload did not complete. Click on the "Refresh Photos" button. If you continue to have issues, please contact us, we can help.
